Mike came out and did a thorough inspection of our 4 ft. high concrete crawl space. He spent a lot of time with us, answering all our questions and explaining everything. We decided what we wanted done, and a week later someone came out to seal up all the many open-vented windows and install and vent a dehumidifier. We are very happy with the results and would call this service provider again.

The process started with Mike Troyner coming out to assess the problem and a solution, then a written proposal (which was the lowest price) I told him as he was leaving that I had several proposals and would get back to him, he did not bad mouth the other companies or their systems (seems common among a few of the other bids) and I knew I wanted to do business with him. The crew showed up on schedule, they were very polite and professional and worked very hard. They put up a plastic wall to keep the dust to a minimum, laid a canvas tarp down where they came thru my garage to my back yard, and cleaned up every bit of mess that they made.

In every way this was as pain-free and non-disruptive as it could be, considering how much concrete had to be broken up, removed, and then the system put in. Mike was professional and willing to work with us on makiing the system work for us. Instead of installing a second sump pump we preferred to use the existing sump and he worked with us (others refused to use an existing working sump and wanted to dig a new one). He explained the type of system he would use and answered my questions. He was available by phone for follow up questions. The work was scheduled for 3 days but they completed in 2 (although the second day was until 8 pm). I was not present while they were working, and although there was a little dust in the basement, it was minimal so they must have protected the area while jackhammering. Hard to evaluate the system since we havent had any rain since, but it appears to be well done. They warranty the areas where they install the system so as long as you know where its coming in, you can be pretty sure you will be covered. Overall i am very satisfied with the work done.

The owner came to our home and completely explained what was wrong and how they would address the exsisting problems with water leakage into our basement. No other company we called spent the time to thoroughly explain what they would do, how they would do it, the time frame involved, and any possible complications that may or may not surface. Everything they promised (date, time involved, price, etc.) was delivered exactly as promised. We would recommend this company to everyone. Although we were hesitant at first to call them since they are not in the south Jersey area, it was a wise decision and one we are glad we made.
