Evaluated small water issue where two parts of basement foundation meet. Removed rug and moldy drywall where water had been coming in; installed bucket and drainage system, which can be converted easily into a sump pump if needed (correctly assessed that this would most likely not be necessary); so far so good. Waiting to see what happens in the rainy season. However, I have confidence that this company will follow through if we need them.

The workmen arrived on time and laid out protective materials between the front door and entrance to the crawl. The lead man checked with me before undertaking each step of the operation. The crew worked diligently and neatly and got the job done as efficiently as possible. It took two days, which was what we were led to expect. In every way this was as pain-free and non-disruptive as it could be, considering how much concrete had to be broken up, removed, and then the system put in. We have no complaints whatever about how this job was handled.

Everything went very well. When I called EnviroPRO Basement Solutions I was given an appointment. A packet was mailed to me to review before Mike Troyner came to my house. The packet included a list of customers with phone numbers. I called two of the numbers and both individuals were very pleased with the work that was done. One in particular had their basement water proofed in 2006 and has had no problems with the system. Everything was explained to me as to how and what they would be doing in great detail and a price was given to me. The contract included a diagram of everything along with a material list for me to review. There was absolutely no pressure, if I wanted to hire them I had to sign the contract and mail the deposit.
