Enviropro provided 45 feet of water guard system in specific areas of our basement. In addition they replaced an existing sump pump with a smart pump and piping to outside. This new system has preformed outstandingly in our flood prone neighborhood. Out entire basement remains DRY when everyone else is bailing out from unexpected heavy rainfall. The owner came to our home and completely explained what was wrong and how they would address the exsisting problems with water leakage into our basement. No other company we called spent the time to thoroughly explain what they would do, how they would do it, the time frame involved, and any possible complications that may or may not surface. Everything they promised (date, time involved, price, etc.) was delivered exactly as promised. We would recommend this company to everyone. Although we were hesitant at first to call them since they are not in the south Jersey area, it was a wise decision and one we are glad we made.

The price for the Big Deal was worthwhile. Actually the information and the effort he put in, I thought it was value there for the $50. The crew worked diligently and neatly and got the job done as efficiently as possible. It took two days, which was what we were led to expect. In every way this was as pain-free and non-disruptive as it could be, considering how much concrete had to be broken up, removed, and then the system put in. We have no complaints whatever about how this job was handled.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. I had been living out the country for five years and had had some water in the basement from time to time since we bought the house in 2003. We returned to the country in June and wanted the basement dry so that can refinish the basement. Mike came to my house even though I was not there and did not charge an extra fee to come to a rental property (which is was at the time). He gave an excellent bid that was about 2000 less and 1000 less than two other quotes from reputable Angie’s list members (always get three quotes!). When I returned to the area in June, the work had been completed perfectly and the basement was clean. We have had lots of rain in the past couple weeks, but the basement is dry! Thanks Mike for everything, just as promised. FYI, if you are thinking of finishing the basement, Enviropro recommended to us ways to prevent mold. This means not using any organic building material. We should put down rubberized flooring before we install carpet. Also they recommended using metal studs and special basement drywall and installing a vapor barrier.

Enviro Pro started by addressing the problem areas of the basement. First they jack hammered the floor against the exterior walls down to the footings. Then after all the broken concrete was cleaned out they drilled weep holes through the exterior walls to direct the water into the new system. Once the trench was cleaned again they installed some small pebbles on the base of their trench before adding the water proofing system. Once all the channel pieces were set, the small pebbles were used to take up the rest of the room. Once that was complete a sump was dug out, installed with emergency alarm and finally all the flooring was gone over with new concrete so that by the time they were done it was like they were never there at all. Absolutely awesome job. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mike accommodated our difficult schedule and didn’t give us a huge price, just to cut it in half like the other guys did when we didn’t sign then and there, and he didn’t knock any other company to the sale. Everyone else had something bad to say about other companies. WE got a fair price and the work was done exactly the way it was explained. Their crew was great — hard working, nice young men. They were courteous and respectful of our belongings, and they kept us up-to-date on their progress over two day. The cleanup was much better than I expected.
