They installed 30′ of water guard and 30′ of 4″ plastic pipe for french drain, Bilco door drain, stone, etc. in the same trench to a new sump pit with 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump,and an 1 1/2″ discharge line in the corner of my basement where I would get water on my floor during severe rain storms. The process started with Mike Troyner coming out to assess the problem and a solution, then a written proposal (which was the lowest price) I told him as he was leaving that I had several proposals and would get back to him, he did not bad mouth the other companies or their systems (seems common among a few of the other bids) and I knew I wanted to do business with him. The crew showed up on schedule, they were very polite and professional and worked very hard. They put up a plastic wall to keep the dust to a minimum, laid a canvas tarp down where they came thru my garage to my back yard, and cleaned up every bit of mess that they made.

Everything went very well. When I called EnviroPRO Basement Solutions I was given an appointment. A packet was mailed to me to review before Mike Troyner came to my house. The packet included a list of customers with phone numbers. I called two of the numbers and both individuals were very pleased with the work that was done. One in particular had their basement water proofed in 2006 and has had no problems with the system. Everything was explained to me as to how and what they would be doing in great detail and a price was given to me. The contract included a diagram of everything along with a material list for me to review. There was absolutely no pressure, if I wanted to hire them I had to sign the contract and mail the deposit.

Enviropro provided 45 feet of water guard system in specific areas of our basement. In addition they replaced an existing sump pump with a smart pump and piping to outside. This new system has preformed outstandingly in our flood prone neighborhood. Out entire basement remains DRY when everyone else is bailing out from unexpected heavy rainfall. The owner came to our home and completely explained what was wrong and how they would address the exsisting problems with water leakage into our basement. No other company we called spent the time to thoroughly explain what they would do, how they would do it, the time frame involved, and any possible complications that may or may not surface. Everything they promised (date, time involved, price, etc.) was delivered exactly as promised. We would recommend this company to everyone. Although we were hesitant at first to call them since they are not in the south Jersey area, it was a wise decision and one we are glad we made.
